Our working process.

1. Request from customer

2. Site survey : our architect and technical team will go to customer’s site to do the detailed measuring, collecting more ideas from owner.

3. 3D drawing : color detailed drawing will be available in 2 days. Base on the drawing, customer can imagine how their project will be. It is easier for them to make decision.

4. Quotation : price base on each project with different details.

5. Contract : owner and us will sign a contract before starting.

Payment.

50 % : right after contract signing.

50% : right after finish.
