Cuong Ca Canh – Vina Fish Farm has been established in 1998. Initially, we were a private enterprise in HCM city which is said to be the heart of fresh ornamental fish industry in Vietnam to run our own farm.
Since establishment, we have been always improving our knowhow and apply advance technology in breeding ornamental fish. Over 17 years of full effort and continuous improvement, we have extended and diversified our business not only on breeding but also coordinating and linking farmers, breeders all around Mekong delta, Ho Chi Minh and South West of Vietnam.
Our facility includes 5 ha of combine mud pond and cement tank, 1,000 m2 for quarantine and export packing . Besides, we also enrolls over 30 farmers who perform under our technical instruction and quality control. Approximately 30 ha of combined cement tanks and mud pond is fully performing for us.
We are doing wholesales exporting of more than 200 species to various countries with excellence quality and reasonable price. Our clients are distributor, wholesaler, trader, retailer, and hobbyist.
We determine to be one of the leading breeders and exporters of tropical fresh ornamental in Vietnam and further in the South East Asia area.

I. Pricing
All prices are in US Dollar and F.O.B Ho Chi Minh city.
Price might be changed without prior notice. Customers are recommended to update with us frequently through direct communication.

III. PACKING DETAIL
All fishes are packing in double plastic bags with Styrofoam which will covered with paper box.
Box size : 61 x 46 x40 cm.
Average : 19 kg/box.
The packing densities listed on the price list are only indications for fish packed to ensure flight duration excluding unexpected delays during transit. We reserve a right to alter packing density according to the prevailing situations at time of packing to:
• Minimize possibilities of DOA (Death on Arrival) while keeping an eye on the absolute need to save the freight charges
• Give allowance to sensitivity of the fish being shipped
Customers will be advised of the changes needed to be made on packing densities before the orders are processed.
Customers will bear full responsibility (without DOA guarantees) when they make requests for fixed density packing
IV. MINIMUM ORDER
To serve the customer better, we don’t apply any specific minimum order quantity.
Order for fishes can be packed into 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, or 1 box accordingly.
V. DEATH ON ARRIVAL (D.O.A).
Normally we do have very low death rates upon arrival.
Customers are recommended to take a video record or very clear photos during their receipt process.
If there is any DOA, please
Photo to us immediately within the day as you received the fishes.
The replacement will ship to you on the next order.
Customer will bear the new shipping cost from Vietnam and local handling cost at your side.
We can't guarantee (refund or replacement) in case of:
Fish die due to handling at customer side.
Notification of D.O.A. after the day you receive the fish.
Fish that are delivered, but are not immediately opened, acclimated and released
Shipments that are incorrectly delivered due to incorrect information being provided by customer
Fish die from the result of a natural disaster such as a hurricane, tornado, blizzard where the delivery is delayed for one day or more
The fishes dead or ill after your take care
VI. Shipment
Fish are quarantined and delivered within 7 days after full payment is received.
This is to allow time for conditioning the fish for export and preparation of necessary documents. Delivery is also subject to airlines’ approval of shipping space and customer’s confirmation of shipment.
Customers must specify kinds of documents they require to avoid delay in the shipment.
